2023 FML Minor League/International Draft
The 2023 FML Minor League/International Draft was conducted on Aug. 2-3, 2023 and will include all international players who entered an American League system after Jan. 1, 2023 and all college/high school players selected in the July 2023 Major League Baseball Draft, except that anyone who played in the American League during the 2022 season would be subject to usual free agency procedures. The selection order was based on reverse-order-of-standings from the final 2022 FML standings, with the following draft order: fifth place, sixth, seventh, eighth, nine, 10th, fourth, third, second and first.
