March 21

The Addison Lights released National League player Ji-Man Choi.  Released Gary Sanchez and Jose Berrios with topper’s rights.  Released National League player Miguel Andujar.

 

The Blues City Bruisers released National League players Franmil Reyes, Carlos Santana, Noah Syndergaard and Raisel Iglesias.  Released Mitch Garver with topper’s rights. 

 

The Brew Jays released National League player Jeimer Candelario.  Released Luis Castillo, Hyun-Jin Ryu and Aroldis Chapman.  Signed Wander Franco, Framber Valdez and Logan Gilbert to four-year contracts with salaries of $6 in 2023, $11 in 2024, $14 in 2025, $16 in 2026 and signing bonuses of $24 each.

 

Karp’s High Ratios released National League player Ken Giles.  Released Carlos Correa, Luis Patino and Chris Rodriguez.  Optioned Yainer Diaz, Gabriel Moreno, David Hensley and Hunter Brown to the farm system.  Signed Luis Garcia and Emmanuel Clase to four-year contracts with salaries of $8 in 2023, $13 in 2024, $16 in 2025, $18 in 2026 and signing bonuses of $28 each.  Signed Andrew Vaughn to a four-year contract with salaries of $6 in 2023, $11 in 2024, $14 in 2025, $16 in 2026 and a signing bonus of $24.  Signed Jose Urquidy and Andres Munoz to two-year contracts with salaries of $6 in 2023, $11 in 2024 and signing bonuses of $9 each.

 

The L.L. Beans released National League players Kyle Lewis, Taylor Rogers and Nick Anderson.

 

The Nordica Knucklers released National League players Yonny Hernandez, Jordan Montgomery and Cole Sulser.  Released Mitch Haniger with topper’s rights.

 

Patton’s High Velocity released Alex Bregman with topper’s rights.

 

The Shoeless Sandmen released National League player Sean Manaea.

 

The Three Stooges released National League player Willie Calhoun.  Released Jose Ramirez and Shohei Ohtani with topper’s rights.

 

The Wa-Wa Two Sees released National League player Hunter Harvey.  Released Byron Buxton with topper’s rights.

 

 

Nov. 25

The Brew Jays released Brendan McKay from the farm system.  Signed Andre Lipcius (3b-Toledo) and Freili Encarnacion (ss, Boston-Dominican Summer League) to minor league contracts.

 

 

Nov. 21

The Blues City Bruisers released Aaron Sabato, David Wendzel, Logan Davidson, Tanner Schobel, Lenny Torres and Steven Hajjar from the farm system.  Signed Samuel Basallo (c, Baltimore-Florida Complex League), Willy Vasquez (2b-Charleston), Jose Tena (ss-Columbus), Petey Halpin (of-Lake County), Roberto Campos (of-Lakeland), Lawrence Butler (of-Lansing) and Denzel Clarke (of-Lansing) to minor league contracts.

The Addison Lights signed Luis Serna (sp-Florida Complex League) to a minor league contract.

Karp’s High Ratios released Xavier Edwards from the farm system.  Signed Will Wagner (3b-Corpus Christi) and Bryan Woo (sp-Everett) to minor league contracts.

 

 

Oct. 18

Karp’s High Ratios released Hunter Gaddis from the farm system.  Signed Justin Dirden (of-Sugar Land) and Emmanuel Reyes (sp, Kansas City-Arizona Complex League) to minor league contracts.

 

 

Oct. 12

Karp’s High Ratios signed Mason Miller (sp-Lansing) to a minor league contract.

 

Patton’s High Velocity released David Festa from the farm system and re-signed Heston Kjerstad (of-Aberdeen) to a minor league contract.

 

 

Oct. 9

The Brew Jays released Bayron Lora and re-signed Daniel Vazquez (ss-Columbia) to a minor league contract.

 

 

Oct. 6

The Addison Lights acquired Nestor Cortes Jr. from the Blues City Bruisers as the player to be named in the Aug. 1, 2022 Raisel Iglesias trade.  Acquired Clay Holmes from the Brew Jays as the major league player to be named in the Aug. 8, 2022 Jorge Lopez trade.

 

The Blues City Bruisers and the Brew Jays agree to cancel the player owed by the Bruisers to the Jays for the Jays withdrawing from the April 13, 2022 Emilio Pagan auction.  The Brew Jays and the Addison Lights agree to cancel the player owed by the Jays to the Lights from the June 16, 2014 Mike Moustakas trade.  The Addison Lights and the Blues City Bruisers agree to cancel the player owed by the Lights to the Bruisers from the June 7, 2021 Francisco Mejia trade.

 

The Brew Jays released Daniel Vazquez from the farm system.

 

The L.L. Beans released Michael Pineda after buying out his 2023 contract.  Optioned Gunnar Henderson to the farm system.
